It takes approximately 1-2 business days for your order to be successfully processed. The average delivery time in Australia is about 4-6 business days.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

I'm missing some products, why is that?

Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure the quality of the products, the items you order may come from different suppliers. If you order more than one product from us at the same time, it is possible that the products will not be delivered at the same time.

Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of the order is usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order gets damaged during delivery. As a customer, you cannot be blamed for this. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@amys-choice.com. It is necessary to take photos of the damage and attach them to your email.

Do not return the item without sharing photos with us. Unfortunately, we won't be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service will handle your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

This happens if you have purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer want the item.

First, contact our customer service (info@amys-choice.com). We will then determine the best solution for you. If that fails, you only pay the shipping costs for returning the product to us.
